Shiatsu Therapy Massage:
Shiatsu is a complementary therapy which originated in Japan - the word when translated means "finger pressure".
The basis of Shiuatsu comes from the ancient Chinese therapy of Anma, which developed alongside and has much in common with Acupuncture.
Like many other therapies it works on the bodies life energy or Qi, using the network of meridians and points to be found in the body.
The treatment can include pressure application from thumbs, fingers, palms, elbows, knees and even feet.
